Here are a selection of testimonials of campaigns run by Swanky or Spanky
“Working in partnership with Swanky or Spanky the Police were able to meet and discuss young peoples concerns in their own environment whilst Swanky’s team handed out lids and foils to the customers and demonstrated how these anti-spike devices worked. The campaign was an excellent opportunity to make the customers attending the venue fully aware of what they can do to prevent their drink being spiked and to answer any alcohol related questions that they may have.”
“I can highly recommend this campaign for it’s flexibility to suit all types of venues and for the education that it provides regarding how to THINK SAFE/DRINK SAFE and in particular how to avoid drinks spiking.”
Mike Sais – Police Licensing Officer – Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.
“I am sending you all the press cuttings I presently have for the anti drink spiking campaign we recently ran here at Dundee University Students' Association.
At the end of the day we are absolutely delighted with the products and I will be making sure in the very near future that the website reflects this as well.”
Michelle Bazeley H.E.L.P Coordinator - Dundee University Students' Association
Just a quick email to let you know how the launch went on Saturday night. I will make sure photos of the evening are emailed to you, and we also have a photographer from the Express and Echo coming in this afternoon to
take some photos as the University Press Office issued a press release about the pre-Christmas drink awareness campaign, so it should be in the paper some time this week. Thank-you for all your support in creating awareness for this important safety product, and thank you for the swift delivery and good artwork on the lids.
Claire Westwood - Exeter University Students Guild.
“The Goulburn C.D.A.T purchased 1000 “Foils” to our own design which was given to the Public during Drug Week. It was because of this that an invitation was received from the Liquor Accord to present the value of the “Foils”. Since June the interest has widened from Townsville to the Gold Coast and from Canterbury to Gosford. There are possibly many other areas that have seen and used the “Foils” & “Lids due to the versatility and message value that can be displayed on the product.”
Vic Holland, Goulburn C.D.A.T. – N.S.W, Australia
“The partnership is looking to address the concerns voiced by the community and the aim of this campaign is to raise awareness, provide reassurance and also practical options for safer drinking. People should be able to have fun in Blackpool, but not put themselves into vulnerable positions.” PC Lindsey Nottingham from Blackpool Police’s Community Safety Team
