2. Contract Forming Process
In placing an order with Swanky or Spanky, by using the paypal system and clicking on 'confirm' you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in the order at the price stated in the order. Swanky or Spanky reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will sent the goods you have ordered. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed and edited at any time during the purchasing process by and prior to submission of your order any personal details - for instance billing address, credit card number - can be edited. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order this can be done so by contacting Swanky or Spanky. Please note that no credit card details are held within this web site and all payments are made using the secure payment methods incorporated within the Paypal system. If your request is declined and Swanky or Spanky have received any funds, as a result of the transaction these will be refunded in full.
3. Availability.
We endeavor to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item, which we subsequently discover is unavailable; we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. If you have already provided payment we reserve the right to retain, for a period not exceeding 6 weeks, any such monies, until we provide the goods ordered. If it proves impossible to provide the goods ordered then we will refund all payments in full.

Please note that all photographs and illustrations are representative only. All measurements are approximate.
5. Provision of information.
When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us.
6. Pricing.
All prices are stated in GBP. Prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges.
7. Payment.
You may pay for your order online by using most major Credit and Debit cards.
8. Delivery.
Your delivery order will be dispatched as soon as possible from the date your order was made. In the case of large orders a signature of acceptance of the delivery will be required. This signature will be proof that you or the person to whom the order was addressed has received the order. Ownership of the items in your order will pass to you on delivery.
9. Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds.
You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of delivery.
