| Since March 07 when the Director of Swanky or Spanky first made contact it was decided by the Goulburn Committee to launch this Project during Drug Week in June 07. The Mayor of Goulburn, Councillor Paul Stephenson graciously agreed to launch the “FOILS” on Prevention Day, 20th June07. |

The Goulburn C.D.A.T purchased 1000 “Foils” to our own design which was given to the Public during Drug Week. It was because of this that an invitation was received from the Liquor Accord to present the value of the “Foils”. Because of media information from many sources, including the U.K, the SwankyorSpanky information of their product was sent to various parties which directly or indirectly resulted from the Goulburn Launch.
Since June the interest has widened from Townsville to the Gold Coast and from Canterbury to Gosford. There are possibly many other areas that have seen and used the “Foils” & “Lids due to the versatility and message value that can be displayed on the product.
It is due to the dedication of persons like Vic that others can benefit from his hard work and live a more fruitful and happy life.
